The Macbook Air is feat of engineering its unique slim body design ultrathin and ultra portable. Apple market it as the worlds thinnest laptop, however Dell are challenging this crown with the new Adamo range.

Marvellous Casing:
The purpose of the Air was to create an portable yet fully usable laptop that has cutting edge speed. The slim design is honed from aluminium and is lightweight enough to almost float. Machined from a single piece of aluminium like most of the Apple range the design is nothing short of stunning, i remember when the first laptops appeared, the Air reminds me of those ground breaking days where you never thought it was possible to have a mobile PC!
The Grunt:
Apple didn't take the easy route when developing the Macbook Air and fit a low energy consuming processor. They fitted a purpose built Intel Core Duo processor as found in the Macbook Pro. The low energy Intel cheap also puts out less heat, meaning it is ideal to actually be used on your lap unlike most laptops that get disturbingly hot!
The speed isn't as fast as a Macbook Pro, but let's face it, speed isn't everything when you'tr trying to develop the thinnest most portable laptop in the world.
Keyboard Issues?
Not on the Air, unlike many small laptops that cut back on the size of the keyboard Apple have kept a full size qwerty keypad. This is great for mobile workers who need the comfort of a larger keyboard.
